Fin-el Joins the Segra Group
February 22, 2004 - As part of its expansion process, Fin-el has become one of the principal companies in a newly formed consortium, the Segra Group, LLC.  Formed by Jeff Berger, Director of Fin-el, and Carl Seaberg, President of CS Design and CS Cars, the Segra Group is a consortium of smaller companies and talented

individuals working in the motorsports industry in and around Indianapolis.  The goal of this consortium is to create a virtual design and manufacturing company that can optimize the use of people and their respective talents in bidding and completing larger design projects.  It will also be a vehicle through which more encompassing in-house design projects can be tackled.  

"We have been kicking around the idea of forming a consortium since 2002, and the time was finally right to move ahead with it," stated Carl Seaberg.  "This effort has allowed us to form a more well defined relationship with groups that are already working together," he added.  "Carl and I put together a forecast of upcoming projects and decided that we need a better infrastructure to effectively complete them," said Jeff Berger.  "The Segra Group is that infrastructure."
